Our design team have 8 designers, all of them have at least 8 years working experience in exported molds.

They are familier with the 3 international mold standard AISI, DIN and JIS. DME, HASCO and CUSTOMIZED SPEC.

They have designed many kinds of molds, such as Thermoplastic molds, Thermoset molds, BMC molds, Vacuum molds.

For each mold, we will organize three times meeting by the project engineers, designers, mold makers and technical director to participate to ensure that all relevant personnel can be accurately understanding of project requirements and design quality. Therefore, each mold we designed is reliably and efficiently and maintenance costs are minimized
