We often made injection mold include in these areas, medical, automotive, electronics ,and home appliance. Sometimes we make also some die casting mold to meets our customer's need.

The biggest mold that we had produce is 1.9M*1.5M*1.5M. Weight 22 ton. Product measure 1.5m*1m*0.68m.

10) Can you make directly produce plastic product?
Yes, we can make different kind of plastic product , there are 6 injection machines between 80-120 ton.

11) What kind of product you often produce?
Our plastic parts production includes Medical, automotive, electronic, and home appliance.

12) which kind of plastic resin do you often use?
ABS,PC,PS,PP,PC/ABS, Acetal ,nylon ,TPE (rubber),PPO (Noryl) and other like PEEK, Ultem.

13) What's the monthly production unit?
We produce 50 molds every month, with average mold size in 0.45m*0.45m*0.45m.

14) What is your production phase?
Usually, from the date you placed your order to sample testing takes about 30-45 days; from the confirmation to correction of the mold, takes about 30 days to send to your company.

15) How precise can the mold production be?
These most be precise to within 0.01mm differences.

16) What kind of material for electrode do you use?
We often use copper for electrode, sometimes we also use graphite.

17) How often do you check for equipment maintenance?
Once a week for minor check, and once a month for major maintenance.

18) What is the standard of production of these molds?
We often use DME standard and HASCO standard. We can also use the standard requested by customer.

19) What kind of steel do you use to make the molds?
We can use all types of steel appointed by customer. Usually we use P20,H13, NAK80 and so on.

20) Did your company build hot runner tools?
Yes, 35% of the tools we build yearly are hot-runner system, usually we use mold-master, husky, incoe, yudo, hasco and D.M.E.

21) Where did you purchase these steels and mold bases?
Usually we buy them from LKM.

22) How do you monitor the process?
Ours subsidiary factories will do it, they are more professional.

Ours project dept will assign the project engineer to follow the process and communicate with the customers.

24) What about the fee of modification?
Small modification for free. Bigger modification depends on the responsible of the problem; we will take charge of the modification fee when it is ours responsibility. If it is the problem of client, they need to pay for the modification fee.

25) if there are problems after the shipment, what did you do?
This kind of matter has never happened to us before. But if it happens and it is our fault, then we will pay for all the cost.

26) Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
Yes, we can. The steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates.

27) Do you have any price advantage?
Yes of cause, we have complete machine for the mold production, we can do most of the process in ours factory, just a little part need to send out. So we can control ours cost very well. You can send us RFQ to know ours price.

28) What is your term of payment ？
For new mold,40% deposit, 30% on first sample try,30% before delivery. For modify mold, 100% one week upon the approval of the updated samples.

29) How do you pack the mold?
General packing method for the mold exported oversea, it is strictly pack according to standard of export regulation.
